Taking care of one’s health is a critical step in taking care of business. We work with you to develop a strategy to build the well-being concepts into your culture.

To fully build the concepts into the culture and drive accountability requires an integrated approach. This starts with understanding who needs to be educated and how. Additionally, we work with you to re-think the underlying human capital infrastructure to support the new behaviors. This includes, but is not limited to, policies/practices/procedures, internal and external messaging, the performance management process and the total rewards approach. Just like the focus of our education and coaching, we take a holistic approach.

Our role becomes that of an “interim” or “outsourced” chief well-being officer – part-time, short-term filling in the needs of your team to help you develop and implement a plan for the organization as desired.

Consulting and strategy work can also be done before the team or small group of leaders gets educated or after.
